One of oldest settlers of Manitowoc Rapids, fell on Monday last week in the hatch of steamship Moore and was dead on the spot. Veteran of last war, and took an excursion to G.A.R. convention in Buffalo, New York, on the Moore. Reached age of 64 years. Leaves wife and a son. Buried in city cemetery on Friday. #66
