An old & well-known citizen of town Schleswig, died on Friday 8 days ago.
Stopped to rest at William Zillmann's in Rockville on way home from paying taxes. Went rest of way home with Peter Klank, beer supplier of Schreier Brewing Company of Sheboygan. Took firewood for school at Kiel to Henry Stoll's. Doctor Schapor was called when he fell unconscious, but Barth was dead when the doctor arrived. Death caused by fall on back of head & broken neck. #138
