The salesroom is 22 x 56 feet and the different departments are kept in first-class order. Within the past year Mr Pitz has erected a cold storage building which is a model of completeness containing as it does all the latest features. This is 20 x 24 feet and 35 feet high. The business is both wholesale and retail and gives employment to 5 men. Steam power is used in the manufacturing part. Mr Pitz does an immense business and stands high in our commercial circles and has the implicit confidence of our citizens as a body. In fraternal matters he belongs to the IOOF and Masonic orders.
